Founded in 1978, APEMIP is the leading real estate association in Portugal, representing approximately 3,400 real estate companies, which account for 95% of all licensed real estate professionals in Portugal. These professionals are all involved in brokerage and handle a majority of all residential real estate transactions nationwide,around 65% of the companies members also handle commercial transactions.
