Closing dates for public comment on pending draft bills   Article Date :26 Jan 2007 Note draft bills for comment. Dr Willie Marais, IEASA National President advises interested parties that due dates for public comment on the following draft bills are: * Housing Amendment Bill – Comment due by Feb 2. * PIE Act Amendment Bill – Comment due by Feb 2. * Rental Housing Amendment Bill – Comment due by Feb 2. * Integrated Coastal Management Bill – Comment due by March 15. Other legislation of interest are: * Home Loan and Mortgage Disclosure Act - deadline for comment was December 29, and, * Housing Consumers Protection Measures Amendment Bill - deadline for comment was September 26.
