The Institute places strong emphasis on the education of estate agents by providing access to seminars, conventions, training, literature and other sources of information which will help agents to adapt to the rapidly changing environment in which they operate. In addition to formal training, the Institute provides a constant and ongoing forum for members to air their views, to stimulate discussion and initiate action.
