Dear Property Professionals

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS CONVENTION SAN DIEGO – CALIFORNIA: November 13-16, 2009

Would you be interested in accompany the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa to the NAR conference 2009?  We are looking for serious property professionals who wish to benefit from the networking opportunities available through our contacts, to our members, at this event.

IEASA has had a Bilateral co-operation agreement with NAR for over 30 years which, amongst other benefits, allows our members considerably discounted access to NAR. 

IEASA is also a member of the International Consortium of Estate Agents and as such we have access to the decision makers in the industry on a global platform.  This affiliation also includes the heads of many similar real estate associations around the world and by extension their membership base.

We have a strong supporter in our NAR Presidential Liaison for South Africa, Nancy Macaluso, of the Florida Association of REALTORS – the state with the highest percentage of South African home owners.

Our Ambassador Association is the Michigan Association of REALTORS whose members also want to make contact with South African estate agents.

We therefore propose to co-ordinate a real and viable offering to estate agents with a networking programme of note.  Just some of the items on the programme are:

13 Nov 4pm – 7pm          REALTORS Expo Grand Opening

14 Nov 9am – 11am        International Forum

14 Nov 4pm – 6pm          General Session with Condoleeza Rice

15 Nov Evening                REALTORS® Celebrity Concert starring Reba McEntire

In addition the IEASA is afforded an opportunity of a one hour meet and greet session under the South African flag in the International Business Centre.
